Good steam pressure but flimsy nozzles. Takes over 10 mins to heat up the water but then you can continue working without major breaks for reheating. Overall I expected better cleaning results. It certainly makes cleaning faster but not necessary better.

Very good and powerful. I have used it a little but I am very satisfied. It cleaned the mattresses very well. I didn't like that it doesn't have a cord that retracts by itself.

Hello. We live in an area where water is provided from wells, resulting in a lot of salt. So, hearing the recommendations, I thought "I'm saved". In no way does the machine remove the salt on its own... meaning a small nozzle, 5 bar pressure, and salt everywhere. Definitely, to remove salt, you need chemicals and any kind of scrubbing. :-( It's not the machine's fault, it's fine, but for a different use. Maybe for descaling. You have a steam cleaner in the house, you can clean all the windows and then clean them again, all surfaces if you are germaphobic, but that's about it. Thank you very much.

Secondly, it broke in the trimester, we sent it to the service - which is exclusively in Athens - and we are waiting for a replacement receipt with a new one! Luckily, it's under warranty, but it's a dark sign for the future. If it was a defective product, it will show in the next trimester!

Let's move on to the positives... Strong steam and if you persist in one spot, it will remove anything you "see", sufficient tank capacity, a complete range of included nozzles, a long cable (doesn't fit in any socket), lightweight for transportation, and small size.

Now, how long it will last... we will see. After all, its price is not unrealistic.

First of all, let's say that it is a "household" steam cleaner. This means that you cannot expect the performance of a professional one that can remove tiles, otherwise you would pay 350 euros and be done. Otherwise, it has very good steam pressure, many accessories for all surfaces, and a large water tank that lasts at least 1 hour of use. Every 2-3 minutes, it needs a pause of less than a minute in order to build up the desired steam again. It is a great tool.

I have used it on all surfaces... It does everything perfectly, the only negatives I have are that the gun gets too hot to the point where I have to stop and wait for it to cool down, and the long handle softens and becomes quite unstable when it gets too hot... I even cleaned the filters of the extractor perfectly... It does what it promises... I recommend it!!!!
