    Very nice phone in the right size. As others have said, the sound can only be heard if you put it in your ear, which my 10-month-old baby doesn't do yet. It needs a makeshift with a piece of paper where the safety label was. Otherwise, it can't be heard at all. It would be perfect if it had volume control.

    Good little toy to keep the baby from playing with the real mobile phones of their parents. The sound is low because the child puts the fake phone to their ear, imitating their parents. Imagine if the sound was loud in the baby's sensitive little ear.

    Smart game for children's learning. At first glance, it seems to have a very good construction with durable plastic. BUT it broke in 3 days, one column of buttons doesn't work. The sound is indeed very low for safety reasons, but if you leave the SAFETY TAG inside (just cutting off the excess piece), the sound is satisfactorily loud.
