  Very beautiful, it looks like good quality but I had a big issue during delivery. 3 out of the 5 balls came broken, as they were not packaged properly at all, as they were placed on top of each other inside a paper sawdust. I contacted the company from which I bought it and then they got in touch with the company of the light fixture (Aca). I waited for over 3 weeks to finally receive the replacements and not only that, they also sent the wrong color. Fortunately, it's not very noticeable during the day, but when the lights are on, they have different shades. At least I finally have the light fixture!
  The three-light one I bought from the same series was packaged properly, each ball separately in bubble wrap.
  One star deducted clearly for the poor packaging and the huge wait.

  While it is a very beautiful light fixture and adds a unique touch to the space, one of the three that I purchased happened to have a faulty bulb, let's say that it can happen to anyone. When I contacted the company, they informed me that there are no spare parts to replace it, despite the fact that I was willing to bear the cost, regardless of the fact that I have had it for only 4-5 months. So, I am left with a broken light fixture that ruins my mood every time I look at it. I don't know if I can find the component elsewhere as the company did not give me much attention, so my rating is accordingly.
