    From the first 2 years on the hot water side, it lost its chrome, faded, and became dull from minerals. At 9 years, the lever that you pull to switch the water to the showerhead broke; you have to pull and twist it now for it to work. Also, the water mixer broke, which in any other company would cost 5 to 10 euros for a replacement, but at Grohe it costs 50!!!!!! You buy a branded faucet for 200 euros to last a lifetime, and it's worse than a Chinese one. Stay away from this company; I would have been better off getting one for 50 euros and just replacing it every decade.
