  It is a cheap power supply and like all cheap ones, you should be careful with it! The first time, it burned out in 3 days without me understanding why. They replaced it for me. The second one I used for 3 days for office and internet applications. Apart from a slight plastic smell, it didn't have any other issues. On the 4th day, I loaded it to play a game: it started smelling like plastic and within a few seconds, it burned out.

  Conclusion: as long as you use it for simple tasks, it's OK. For more "heavy-duty" tasks, look for a higher quality one.
