I got it due to pregnancy to avoid using the ointment that contains cortisone. At first, it seemed to do nothing, but - since I got it, I continued to use it daily. It completely stopped the pain, and the hemorrhoids didn't go away, but they have definitely receded (along with a diet full of fiber, of course). The bottle lasted me 1.5-2 months, and I might get a second one if I see that they come back without it.
