    Like all non-stick pans, after a while they stop being non-stick. Same goes for this one. As for construction, it is heavy and of good quality, and the food heats up very quickly. The little indentations help prevent scratching, but as soon as it starts losing its non-stick properties, the food sticks between them and it's difficult to clean. It's not worth the 45 euros I bought it for. If it was 20, it would be okay
