Good but it is fabric and on the first trip it came back torn in one spot and the wheels only go straight and not sideways like others which is not convenient at all

On her first trip, it did not come with her return flight, but one day later.
Somewhere along the way, it got damaged and there is a dent on the top right corner. I cannot blame the product since I do not know what it went through. I am satisfied so far, especially with its large capacity.
