  • DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and vision (daily intake of 250 mg EPA and DHA).
  • Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system as well as the nervous and muscular systems.
  • Additionally, it contributes to better absorption of calcium and phosphorus by the body, thus helping to maintain normal bone and dental health.

Recommended Dosage

  • 1 spoon (included in the package) per day, corresponding to 2.5 gr of long-chain Omega-3 (EPA + DHA).
