Since the day I bought it - last year, Black Friday - I have stopped using the arm blood pressure monitor.
I don't have any serious issue with my blood pressure, just sometimes due to menopause and stress it can slightly increase or decrease.

The measurements are reliable only if one aligns the small sensor, exactly above the (also small) wrist artery. Even slight deviations can result in up to 3 units of difference*, which is unacceptable as it leads to incorrect treatment.
I would not recommend the BP W1 for any reason. The significant deviation in measurements is generally the main disadvantage of wrist blood pressure monitors. Only a few are reliable in this category.

If someone has already purchased it, they should align the sensor precisely (by touching the fabric of the blood pressure monitor) at the bottom of their wrist and ensure that the blood pressure monitor remains still there. It is not as easy as it seems to obtain a reliable measurement.

It is better for someone to prefer a upper arm blood pressure monitor over a wrist one. There are equivalent ones, without cables and tubes, in upper arm blood pressure monitors with excellent reliability in their measurements. For example, the iHealth BP5, iHealth BP5S, and Omron Evolv.

If for any reason you absolutely need a wrist blood pressure monitor, then search for the Microlife BP W2 Slim, which is significantly superior in reliable measurements (day and night) compared to the BP W1, even though they differ slightly in their names. Another reliable wrist blood pressure monitor is the Omron HEM-6232T.

*Verified multiple times with truly reliable digital upper arm blood pressure monitors as well as with a classic analog blood pressure monitor.
