In a provincial town, a fifteen-year-old teenager, an excellent student from a wealthy family with many friends, opens the school window and falls into the void. Why? The police investigation fails to provide a convincing answer. The answer, albeit indirect, will be given to us by two testimonies: that of the philology teacher and Adriana, a classmate and friend of the suicide victim. Both narrators, each from their own perspective, attempt to reconstruct the events leading up to the suicide. They talk about the living conditions not only at school but also in the surroundings and reveal the unseen side of modern teenagers' lives. A life seemingly easy - financial comfort, flirting, entertainment - but in reality grim, dominated by physical and psychological violence, coercion, fear of rejection, and anxiety about the future.
