This supplement is really worth the money; even though it costs almost €40, it does what it says. For the 4 months that I've been using it, I've noticed various improvements in my mood, and I feel my bones much more rested and stronger overall. If you're looking for a vitamin D supplement, this is definitely worth it. However, for someone who doesn't want to spend that much money on a supplement, I wouldn't recommend it, especially if you're not that interested in vitamin D. But if you have a significant deficiency in vitamin D, it's worth spending the money. Of course, it's good to get tested and consult a doctor to be sure. Personally, it has helped me a lot, and this is the third time I've ordered it!!!

It really does what it promises. I do a carnivore diet and while I get all the vitamins from meat and eggs, D3 is hard to obtain from food, and the tests I did showed very good levels!
It also has the necessary K2 for absorption and to prevent calcium from accumulating in the arteries, as well as the very useful magnesium.
I take them in the afternoon when the sun has set along with my meal; it requires a fatty meal for good absorption.

Within 4 months, vitamin D increased from 26 to 120. 2 times a day in combination with the drinkable vitamin. Excellent quality. It's worth its money.
