Very good. The cod liver oil comes from the marine area of Iceland, which is much cleaner than the Norwegian waters with the oil drilling and the many salmon fish farms (antibiotics, heavy metals). The most well-known fish oils are imported from Norway. FDA approved. It has no smell at all after swallowing and its price is the most honest. I have preferred them for years now
After 2 weeks of use, I had a remarkable improvement in my knees (patellar chondropathy), this is the third time I am taking them... I buy 2 packs at a time, use them for 2 months, then stop for 1 month and do the same again... I also notice various changes in my skin. Excellent product!!!

I doubt that all these overly positive reviews are reliable. The product, as mentioned by a user, is not from Lysi. Firstly, these supposed "huge" capsules that some people mention and compare to those of Mollers are a lie because these capsules are oval and small. They look very similar, and I don't know if it's a coincidence, to some vitamins (C, D3, Zinc) that I used to take. Lastly, I find it very amusing the reviews that consider it the elixir of life or something like that. No matter how good of a diet I could have, combined with the capsules, I didn't see any difference at all.

Compared to competitor Mollers, instead of 30 capsules, it has 60 and the price is €1 higher, so it's worth it.
Whether it works always depends on each person's daily needs.
It works for me, I wake up easier in the morning and after using it for 1 month, the good general blood results are definitely also due to this, as my diet is not great (I'm 40 years old).
It keeps my HDL levels high (70+) so I don't need to take a pill for increased LDL. It boosts libido due to a good source of D3
The pains in tendons and muscles are gone. No more heavy legs. It incredibly improves the skin. Also, when you sit in the sun, the skin remains cool and you don't get burned, which is very important. My review is based solely on the characteristics of the product.
Compared to its advertised competitor, the capsules are twice the quantity and the active ingredients, if you look at them one by one, are also twice as concentrated. Therefore, you are buying a product that is three times cheaper, will last you twice as long, and is twice as potent in vitamins.
However, the main reason I decided to purchase it was the conversation I happened to have with a colleague at work. She noticed a noticeable improvement in her bone density exams after she started taking the supplement.
Surely it is the cheapest in its category BUT equally effective (with 2 capsules daily), so I don't understand why it is not advertised like some others (almost triple the price)... I buy it again and again!
I had tried it before, taking one capsule a day and not consistently. This time, I am taking it consistently with two capsules at lunchtime, for the past 2-3 months. I started it after a very bad and stressful situation, which resulted in me losing a lot of hair. What I noticed is that I stopped losing hair during washing and also saw a significant increase in vitamin D levels in my recent exams.
