  After 2 years and 2 months of use, I can evaluate the product. So, in the first year, the pump broke, it was still under warranty, a little inconvenience but it was fixed once the warranty expired it broke again with a repair cost of 80 euros, which means you throw it away and get another one. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, it's only good for 2 years, it's better to get another brand with approximately 3 years warranty, at least you'll gain one year of use. Performance is mediocre, don't expect anything more than any plastic worth 100 euros (I have bought 3 different ones so far and I know). That's all from me, I hope I helped

  I come back to finally give it 1 star because after 3 years of occasional and careful use, the pump broke, the PLASTIC GEARS broke, even the metal parts have been damaged, the bearings! As a result, the oils filled with metallic residues and grease, and the pump was completely destroyed. Truly disgraceful for the company's reputation. Never again Karcher... a quick internet search is enough for someone to realize what we're talking about. The turbo nozzle broke after minimal use (3-4 floor washes, minimal operating hours). The dealership doesn't care and told me that "it won't be covered by warranty," I don't know with what logic. A new one costs 43€!!! So, 2 stars for the unacceptable parts (which I paid a lot for) and for the unacceptable way they treat the customer who is suffering without finding justice.

  Classic Karcher with a plastic pump.. it works 40 times and then starts leaking water from the plastic pump, which costs as much as the entire new machine.. terrible customer service.. I made the same mistake twice.. never again Karcher
