I have it for about 3 years. My hair is thin and relatively straight on its own. I only use it for outings where I want my hair to be perfectly straight and salon-like. This particular one doesn't heat up well. It damages my hair a lot and doesn't achieve the straightening I want, nor do I have the perfect result I get when I use my cousin's Remington. If I have a complaint when it requires a simple pass, I can only imagine how poorly it would work on very demanding curly hair. Too much money for nothing.
