I was not satisfied with it. It sparked, luckily not on my hair. It claims to have a warranty, but it doesn't. It is heavy and supposed to be lightweight. It makes noise. It's just terrible

It has good specifications, but after one year the cable did not make good contact and interrupted the operation. At some point, while I had it turned on, it sparked because the cable melted at a certain point. Unacceptable because I take care of my things. I had the previous hairdryer for 20 years. Why did I need the change... luckily it didn't catch my hair.

I have thick and curly hair, it doesn't dry them well, it leaves moisture in the hair, not to mention that they frizz, it is heavy and noisy, the only good thing is its sturdy construction, I used it only 6 times with the nozzle and it broke, it blows cold air from the handle and makes a strange noise, the tag is still attached and all the other attachments are inside the nylon bag, I called the service because the tag says 3+2 years warranty and they told me that this applies only in Italy, in Greece it has only 2 years warranty, I paid 85 euros for this product and it worked only 6 times

Very powerful but doesn't dry the hair, it leaves them damp while also burning them. I believe it enhances frizz. I do not recommend it. Very noisy.
