    I will say it very simply. I used to get cold sores and herpes for such situations I am talking about. This supplement is a gift from God. I used to take it as soon as I felt a cold coming on and I was afraid of getting herpes, or during intense work, or when I felt excessive fatigue I would take 2 pills for 2-3 days and I wouldn't get anything at all. It has been a lifesaver for me.
