I had to put a longer strap and after a few months the buckle, the plastic fastening, broke.

Extremely high-quality bag. The only downside for me is that they haven't utilized the two empty "triangles" that connect the strap to the bag, which could easily become two very useful pockets. Look at Polo, who never leaves them unused.
