Thin wires. It seems well-made. Not recommended for people with serious issues. For moderate assistance in calm times, rather does the job.

In my case, it doesn't seem to provide the support I need, despite having 4 panels and being very wide in the lumbar area and lower back.
The construction material seems to be of good quality, but it causes sweating on my back whether I use it directly or over a T-shirt.
After daily use for about 6 months (4-5 hours a day), the velcro with which the belt "fastens" in the front started to deteriorate.
I wouldn't buy it again, but that doesn't mean that this particular product can't satisfactorily meet the needs of other users.

It does not hold, support, or relieve the waist. The only thing it does is excessively heat it up, make it sweat, and ultimately create a bigger problem for you. For me, who suffers from lumbago, it did not help me at all. I went for a more expensive solution, around 50€, with additional side straps, and it saved me. Also, the size is a bit off. I am 1.96 meters tall and weigh 100 kilograms, and the XL is huge for me. The only positive thing I found in this belt is the quality of the materials. Maybe it can help others with a different problem.

The belt is suitable for keeping the waist area warm, it does not provide support! For this purpose, it is excellent!
