Positive
The turntable has good construction, a good cartridge, a good platter, good sound, and is semi-automatic. One can easily upgrade it by changing the cartridge, as long as it is mounted on a headshell that can be detached from the tonearm. Of course, the cartridge it comes with is quite good.

Negative
The preamplifier produces low volume and cannot be connected to an external preamp because it does not have a phono/line switch; it only works with its own preamplifier. You have to increase the amplifier's volume to hear it loudly, which results in the amplifier getting warm
