Unfortunately unreliable! The measurements are all over the place. I had the Braun IRT6520 and it was better in measurements, so when it broke, I trusted Braun again, but it was a complete disappointment.

I had the older thermometer from the same manufacturer at four times the price. After it broke, I bought this one and it is significantly more practical in size and application

I had bought it about 2 years ago due to the good reviews. It's a waste of money. It showed 36.6 and the child had 38.5. It's a shame that we can't find a reliable thermometer (non-mercury)

Far away, it shows whatever. I bought it because it had good reviews at first. It is fast but in one ear it shows 38.7 and in the other 38.2, and with the classic mercury thermometer, the child has 37.5. With the simple electronic armpit thermometer it showed 37.8 and then changed again. It's like not having a thermometer. I went to give the child antipyretic for no reason. It is a shame for us parents not to be able to find a reliable thermometer in something as important as fever. Do not waste your money, I have nothing to suggest, mercury is the best choice and if we find it, if the child is lively now, we are in trouble.

Whatever you measure, I really didn't expect it from Braun.
Every time I tried it, I got different measurements.

I bought it 5 months ago, influenced by the good reviews. Now I regret the money I spent. The thermometer shows random readings! The measurements have a significant deviation even though they are almost simultaneous. Each measurement requires the use of a disposable plastic cover, which quickly runs out and you have to buy more, which are expensive (around €7) compared to the price of the thermometer. In no case can you trust it! I hope someone interested can avoid it because I made a mistake with its purchase...

Excellent. I have compared it many times to the mercury one and it always has a difference of 0.2. Very easy and quick to use, incomparable to traditional electronics.

Waste of money! Completely unreliable! The measurements are all over the place! One moment it shows 37.2 and immediately after 38.1!!! I was disappointed with the purchase! I probably should have listened to the negative reviews and not chosen it!

The only negative thing is the high cost of spare parts, but other than that, it has excellent accuracy in measurements!! Same as a regular mercury one

I bought it a month ago and I use it for my newborn baby. (I also used it on myself to see if it works better on adults) Every time I see a different temperature with the deviations being unacceptably large. I should emphasize that I follow the instructions closely in order to have the smallest possible deviation. I would not recommend it to anyone because fever is an important issue where we need reliability.

It works fine so far.. There is a difference in measurements in each ear, maybe a slight deviation of 0.2 degrees Celsius! User-friendly and good quality! I will come back if I find any flaws!
