The German company Hartmann is the pioneer in gauze worldwide. Hartmann's son, Pavlos, collaborated with two different exceptional scientists and created the first carbonized gauze. This discovery was characterized as the most significant development in the history of surgery!
The so-called "Swabs," as this type of gauze is called, is one of the many gauzes available. Its weave is thicker (see photo) than regular gauzes, allowing for even greater absorption (e.g., for wounds with pus or blood). Additionally, it can be used by wetting it with hydrogen peroxide or alcohol for sterilizing tools or skin, or even as is, to remove a woman's makeup or clean a baby. It has endless uses and is not specialized gauze.
People who are not familiar may think that all gauzes are the same, but this is not true. Besides the fact that each "tool" has a specific purpose, it is also the quality that determines its performance, whether better or worse. This company produces top-quality gauzes, if not the best in the world.
P.S. My intention is not advertising, but rather the transmission of knowledge. I cannot stand reviews where people do not know the first thing about the product they are judging, yet they still criticize and demand forcefully to change the product's name because they themselves do not know what it is. We have lost all sense of reason.
