In practice, the product is unacceptable as the front point of contact of the plate is connected to the saw on a plastic base with huge gaps and elasticity, while the back part of the plate is supported only by a thin blade. Having the magnesium plate secured to the workbench, I tested its rigidity by moving the handle left and right and found that there was free movement of over 1 cm. I know it is a hobbyist model, but I did not expect it to be almost useless. I wonder about the 5 positive reviews from previous buyers that influenced my purchase as well.
