Most of you are doing it wrong....it is only to take from VGA laptop.....and send it to HDMI screen....not the other way around....

I have nothing to add. It worked perfectly as soon as it was connected. From a Lenovo laptop to a television and a video projector.

It does what it promises. I had no issues with its connection. I use it to connect a relatively old CPU unit to my smartphone TV for work purposes. No problems so far.

Very good for its price! And most importantly, it does what it's supposed to do! Because I saw many bad reviews, I decided to say a few words because its use is misunderstood and that's why it may not work for some people (always based on the comments). This particular one is used purely to get the image from your computer, probably an old one (since it only has a VGA port), and send it to a TV that has HDMI. It's not meant to connect an old TV that only has VGA with a console or a laptop that has HDMI. It's very simple and user-friendly. Now, as for its quality, time will tell. And the resolution is obviously for VGA specifications because it's just a simple conversion, not miracles!

On 22/9, after 6 months of use, it still works great, I didn't have any issues, just like with all cables, it requires attention! Especially the cheap ones!

Not reliable at all. I received it twice, as the first one was marked as defective, but neither the second one worked. I connected it to 2 different PCs with corresponding TVs, but the adapter couldn't transfer the image. I wouldn't recommend it for purchase. Thank you

As a good Chinese adapter from the internet, as soon as I got it, it didn't work. Apart from that, I also waited for days for it to arrive (well, it was holidays). The construction is not very good, when you try to connect a male HDMI, it doesn't fit well. As for the aux, I don't have much to say and I don't think it's particularly useful. Of course, now it always depends on what you're trying to connect with what, so for that, I give it 3/5 for another chance of redemption.

I read the reviews and decided to buy it. I wanted to connect my PS4 to a VGA monitor. I DID NOT manage to do it as it did not work. Then I connected it to the computers in my house, to the Samsung TV, to the laptop, to whatever I had available at home, with Windows 10, 7, XP, screens and TVs, but it did not work with any combination. What can I say, maybe the converter is defective. Disappointment, 13 euros wasted, sometimes happens!!

The converter, although very easy to connect, did not work.
It was connected to the source (HDMI MacMini) and then to a VGA monitor. The monitor did not have a 3.5mm input.
The power supply was tested in 2 ways. Directly to the power through another adapter, and also on the MacMini. In both cases, the monitor displayed "Check Signal".

After the disappointing search for a similar product in large electrical stores in Athens, I decided to order it online since its price was particularly attractive.
It worked perfectly and immediately! I highly recommend it, as well as the online store in question for their excellent and fast service.
