I used to take the other well-known one for years, you know, the one that has become so expensive as if we're buying a gold watch.
Anyway, the orange-flavored syrup tastes good, goes down easily, I don't understand those who complain about the fishiness.. It's made from fish, kids, not baklava.
I will definitely buy it again, great price and a product from a Greek company. It works on skin, hair, vision, and of course, reading, etc.
Just remember to use it daily, a teaspoonful.

Its taste is not at all heavier compared to other olive oils I have tried (always comparing in terms of natural taste). For many years now, olive oil has been so well processed that you can hardly detect any "fishiness". And especially with the recommended dosage, 1 teaspoon, you can barely taste it. It is easily consumed.

As for its omega-3 fatty acid content, it is very good (I did not find it lacking compared to any other) and at this price (I bought it for 8 euros), it is worth it.

I have not yet completed the 3-month continuous use, so I have not done relevant blood tests to see results, but I will come back. However, I already feel more flexible, enjoying 9 hours of sleep per day (even if broken into 2 doses per day), my vision has improved slightly, and my memory a little more. It is for strong tastes. But it is very good. If you can handle the syrup, it is equally good as the pill.

The orange flavor barely covers the taste of fish and the texture is quite oily and maybe a little annoying. But it's logical, it's fish oil not fruit juice. 100% fish oil without common fish oils. After searching for 2 hours and comparing all available fish oils, it is not only the cheapest, but also the best in concentration of beneficial ingredients.

It reminds me of the orange cod liver oil from Seven Seas that I used to take for years and has now been discontinued. It is affordable, plenty (250ml), has a pleasant taste, and is from Iceland, a country that I like to support.
