  The first product that is truly worth its money is this one.
  It creates a completely transparent film that not only protects the open wound caused by herpes, but also stops the burning and pain sensation.
  Since I started using this, the healing time has decreased, usually gone in 4-5 days... If I catch it before it "erupts", when the tingling sensation just starts, then I have nothing in 2-3 days.

  I have been getting herpes since I was a child and I found this product recently. It is one of the best I have found. Yes, it stings upon application, but the pain only lasts for 3 minutes (depending on the herpes actually) and it is logical and good that it hurts because it burns it and helps the herpes to go through its cycle earlier. Personally, I apply it at night before I go to sleep so that I don't have it on my mind when I touch pillows, sheets, etc., and when I am about to go out because the film it creates is transparent and protective. It helps to apply it before eating to make it easier to eat, but you have to let it dry well first. When I want to remove whatever is left from the film after hours, I use cotton with tea tree (another amazing product for disinfecting the area which also stings but it's expected). No, it's not for children, they won't be able to handle it. Also, it is for external use on the lips, do not eat it. I don't even know what it tastes like. Although the packaging is small, it takes a while to finish because the amount you need to apply is small. You just need to apply a thin layer to create a film, not too much, otherwise, it looks like a scab.

  The best product for cold sores that I have tried so far. If you apply it at the beginning when it appears and catch it early, it creates a protective layer that prevents further infection, soothes the pain (you can feel it cooling) and dramatically reduces healing time. Within 3 days, it has almost disappeared. With this specific gel, gone are the days of enduring 3-4 days of intense swelling (and all that comes with it) and almost a week (or more at times) of healing time. Excellent product.

  Maybe the best product for herpes. The film it creates, which can stay on all day, helps prevent it from spreading and when you're a mom, it prevents kids from accidentally touching it.
