I have it on my xmax from 2007.
I can say that it helps quite a bit as it cuts off a large part of the wind and it helped me to a satisfactory degree in relation to its cost.
On my scooter, it didn't fit 100% as it has the nerve between the legs creating gaps on the right and left through which the wind passes and inflates my legs.
Another downside is that at 80 km and above, the sides right and left from the thighs flap hitting my legs to the point that it feels like they are whipping you (I drove for 2 hours on the Egnatia highway).
Conclusion
For city use and speeds up to 60 km, it is ideal.
For higher speeds on open roads, it helps quite a bit, but it lets in air.
In any case, it is much better than having none at all
I put it on an Innova 125, it's comfortable and easy to wear (I am 1.82). I have tied it to the bike so I only put it on the waist scratch. It covers me just fine, a little air passes at the ankle (not always), it doesn't cover the passenger. I recommend it without reservation.
For about two months this winter that I used it, I saw a big difference and it seems like it will last a long time. It has not been tested in the rain.
Good, it doesn't pass almost anything, but if you run over 40-50 it starts to veer left and right! For city driving at low speeds, it's okay although its price has increased
Very good blanket!!! Warm and waterproof. I highly recommend it to everyone!!! The store is excellent and the delivery is very fast!!! If there were more stars, I would give them
For the money, it is the best apron. It helps a lot that it doesn't tie under the machine so that it doesn't lift up from the air. You don't sweat from the heat, but it definitely helps and cuts cold from the legs. The only downside is that the sides lift up and cold comes in from there
I would recommend it for someone who wants to take a solo trip and not get cold, it's just what they need. For someone who spends a lot of time on the bike and does a lot of up and down movements, for example a delivery person, it may seem tiring and uncomfortable as it restricts leg mobility. Overall, it is a good product, it keeps you warm and waterproof to some extent in normal conditions. If someone manages to somehow attach it permanently to the bike like other covers with installation, then it is a very good choice. It is generally practical to have it under the seat for any eventuality. Finally, it is very easy to store.
The motorcycle cover is essential for every motorcyclist who wants to protect themselves from the weather conditions: cold, wind, rain. Its construction is durable and waterproof to withstand the tough road conditions. The cover is easy to install and store, providing comfort and functionality to the rider. I am a resident of northern Greece, and I used the cover all winter in combination with thermal pants. Distributors will definitely need special motorcycle pants as well.
Very good. It keeps you very warm. It's worth its money.
I have it for three years, using it daily in the winter. It's not waterproof, but it's okay in light rain.
The advantage is that it covers you from the chest, specifically from the neck and below. It folds and stores easily. It doesn't need to be tied to the motorcycle, you tie it on yourself, on the neck and waist with the straps it has.
In the three years, there are small signs of wear, it hasn't torn anywhere, but towards the edges, it's not as sturdy as it was in the beginning.
I would buy it again with my eyes closed.
Excellent for its price, it provides good warmth. It has not been tested in heavy rain, but in light rain, it passed with no issues. I like it on my Honda SH, where the air from my legs makes the blanket "tighten" more around my legs.
Practical as it folds and becomes a bag
Quite warm, it fits and sits on you easily
I haven't tried it for rain, but I imagine it's only for emergencies/a little rain
Very easy. With a big scratch in the middle. You can walk almost normally wearing it and then get on the motorcycle. On the sym citycom 300i that I use, it's great without any other fastening up to 80km. After that, the sides start flapping, but it still doesn't come off your feet. It's fine with temperatures from 2 to 8 degrees Celsius outside. It cuts the cold very well. However, it's not like the covers that tie to the motorcycle and completely cover you. It doesn't have extra fur inside, but it does the job. It folds easily and goes under the seat so it won't be stolen. Very good for 35 euros. I don't know about its water resistance. It seems to handle light rain easily.
I had never worn an apron before, but I wanted something that wouldn't be permanently on. It keeps a lot of air out, but if you wear thin pants, you will feel the coolness, especially on the side of the hip. Another good thing is that if you tie it high on the neck, it cuts off the air on the chest as well.
When folded, it becomes quite small and fits in the trunk with the helmet.
It is very good. You don't feel the cold or the rain. I am very satisfied, I use it on a scooter...
I have been using it for 7 years. Last year, I had to waterproof it again because it was the only thing that went wrong. Otherwise, it is still brand new.
I received it yesterday. I use it on my Daytona DY 125 scooter.
I completely removed the large "strap" that it had with clips, which is used to attach it to the scooter's mask-fairing, it was not necessary (some may manage to attach it to the scooter, but I didn't even try), I only left the "scratches" that hold it from the waist and passed the elastic cord over the mirrors to keep it stable. It fit perfectly, it didn't take me even a minute.
I don't know about rain yet, but it is perfect for cold weather.
I hadn't felt warm on a scooter in many years.
(***update: it is not waterproof in regular rain, if it drizzles it does the job, waterproof spray can save the situation)
It is worth every penny 100% when it comes to cold weather, especially for those who have scooters (safer), I recommend it. 5/5
I bought it for the Honda Wave 110i. They told me that it's not suitable for scooters, but the doubt of the seller's opinion quickly disappeared.
I placed the scratch under the mask and the top cord around the mirrors. It fit perfectly.
After taking the scooter for a ride and going up and down more than 6 times for testing, I didn't see any difficulty.
What I noticed is the heat that it retains, which comes from the scooter's engine. It keeps your feet very warm.
If you want it for Delivery/Courier, you'll simply be saved. It easily goes in and out of the bike in 2 at most, and the hood itself becomes a storage bag, which is a big plus.
If you have a scooter, we're talking about great value for money without a second thought.
As a product, it does the basics, meaning it protects from light rain and cold. Obviously, it doesn't compete with the expensive ones in the market, but for €30 it's top-notch for what you get (thus 5/5 and value for money). The pros are that it fits almost all scooters since it's universal and not just for one vehicle, and it can be easily removed from the bike. The downside is that it can be easily stolen since it can be removed.
Very good choice when your bike model doesn't come with its own cover (like mine). I got it and I feel like I turned on a radiator! It's only for scooters and it also takes up some space. But it fits comfortably in the space under the seat (which theoretically fits a small helmet).
Very good, warm with lining, waterproof, easily fastens on the bike and on the rider, protects you from rain and cold, I have enjoyed it very much.
For its cost, it is very good. It helps with the cold and light rain. It is a very good quality product.
It goes on and off easily and folds up completely into a large pocket it has for better storage. As ilias.2008 said, it has the strap which I simply leave on the bike and take off the apron whenever I want. The elastic cord it has at knee height, I pass it around the mirrors because the hook is too low.
Very good for the reason I bought it and at a very good price!
It also has a strap to attach to the handlebars for semi-permanent use, but I don't use it....
Good as waterproof and also has internal lining for cold weather.
I imagine it won't be as good as a permanent one, but with this, you can take it off and take it home without fear of it being stolen.
It also has a cord higher up, which is probably for hanging it on the bike hook... Unfortunately, it doesn't come with any instructions....
If anyone knows, please reply
Although I struggled with the installation, it is very good. It protects from the cold and rain. A good economical choice
