  The worst thing about this multi is that, as mentioned in other comments, the clasp gets stuck, making it very difficult to open.

  However, the worst part is the point on the lid, which is essentially a closed space with two small holes. This results in the liquid getting inside and not being able to clean it properly, as shown in the pictures.

  I have left it in hot water with soda and vinegar, with chlorine, nothing, and it has developed a mold inside, which obviously comes into contact with whatever you are preparing when using it.

  I really do not recommend it to anyone.
  I have no idea what the designers were thinking.

  I bought this product to puree my baby's food. This particular one is downright unacceptable. It makes incredible noise, as if there was a compressor inside the house. The baby gets scared every time. Liquids spill out and even if the food is slightly warm, it doesn't open at all afterwards. And aesthetically, it is very unpleasant and unhygienic that it has an inner mouthpiece under the lid where food residues gather and cannot be cleaned, there is not enough opening. I called the company to speak with customer service and they told me! The service has nothing to do with it, the model is Terrible! Such a waste of money.. I will replace it immediately.

  The most terrible thing I have ever bought and I really regret the money I spent choosing it because of the brand. I bought it to puree baby food... the lid does not open for any reason because it closes tightly and food gets stuck inside. Not to mention that liquids spill outside. There is no noise. Many times the baby almost ran out of food because the lid wouldn't open at all. I reached the point of wanting to break it or seek help from neighbors to open it and the baby would suffer from hunger. I regret my money.

  The worst. It locks, but to open it you need a miracle. If you put something cold, everything is fine. But if you put something with a little bit of heat, it doesn't boil and doesn't open unless at least an hour passes. It's like it's shrinking. I've been going back and forth to the service center for almost a year and they can't find anything to repair, so I go back home. I went to the company's main store today and made my complaints, but the response was that I had the problem, not the device. I asked for a replacement with another model, but the answer is excluded. The guy from the device says to only use materials at room temperature, it's not for hot things. I heard that for the first time. Stay away from this model!!!!!!!!!!!!

  There is a problem with the design of the top cover and the motor application. Specifically, above the bowl with the knives, there is a transparent cover that, when attached, presses a black switch and goes inside the top cover. The reason is that when the top final solid casing containing the motor is inserted, a small motor switch makes contact with the black switch. Unfortunately, it does not make good contact, resulting in the motor not working, so it doesn't work. Therefore, I regret buying it, so the parent company needs to redesign the function of the two switches in Turkey in order for the motor to work, until something official is announced by the company, FAR AWAY!!!!!!!!!
