What I can't understand is why the large burner doesn't produce flames from the center, only on the sides, resulting in the pot not boiling evenly.

First time with gas stoves at home, after 1.5 years of use I can say that they are much better than electricity, they are more economical and faster in cooking a meal! Cleaning is difficult, especially if you leave residues on them.... CAUTION! Use propane as fuel! It produces a stronger blue flame and does not blacken the cookware underneath!

We have had them for 3 months, cooking every day for a family of 6, and it burned 25 liters of gas. The only thing I noticed is that the flame of the small burner, while powerful, does not reach high enough, it does not exceed the base, so it does not come into contact with the pot and takes longer.
