It's not the worst but also not the best pencil I have tried. If someone wants a bold makeup style, I wouldn't recommend it. The color fades easily after a short time and becomes so soft that I would consider it more for a natural rather than a heavy look. I need to apply the pencil several times for the result to appear intense, which personally doesn't suit me. One positive thing is that compared to others, it doesn't bother the eye as much (although it can still smudge a bit at first). I wouldn't call it a bad product for its price, it's just not for everyone.
