First time I bought protein so I can't compare it with another one. But as for the taste, I gave it 3 stars and many more. The taste is AWFUL. I dissolved it with water and tried it and it was like drinking medicine. To fix the taste, I add a teaspoon of honey. Overall, the solubility is not very good.
