I have been using it for many years and it is fully effective. My ENT doctor recommended it to me during my pregnancy as a monotherapy for sinusitis because I couldn't take antibiotics. It is the best I have ever used compared to all the other sprays available.
It's the first day that I'm using it and I'm writing a review because I'm impressed. I might have sinusitis, I've been congested for months on a remote island and it's not easy to access a doctor, so I got it as a last resort. Even though I'm congested, I don't have any runny nose, but after using it for the first spray, I started having intense runny nose and finally I can breathe!!!

I have had chronic sinusitis for years and I use it to avoid other more chemical decongestants. It causes discomfort during use, a strong tingling sensation that starts from the nose and reaches back to the head, but after a few minutes it goes away (similar but less intense tingling I had felt with Otrivin with mint). It definitely requires 2 sprays per use to have an effect, it causes intense runny nose for a while and once the runny nose goes away, breathing is indeed facilitated. I think that if used according to the instructions (2-3 sprays in each nostril), it can help with sinusitis, but it is understood that it is not a permanent solution.
I can't stand it at all. It doesn't work for me. It's a shame because the throat spray from this company is fantastic.
It is not for nasal congestion but for sinusitis. It burns a little at first and then it starts to run and it is quite effective. It does not unclog the nose.
