Impressive due to its glass-transparent construction and the perimeter LED lights that turn on during boiling.
Slightly annoying the hot water that enters the handle when you turn the kettle almost completely upside down to empty the water (you instantly feel the high temperature in your hand).
The limescale, when it appears, looks face-to-face due to its transparency, but by putting half a cup of plain vinegar to stay inside the kettle for about half an hour and then rinsing it, it becomes a diamond again! (There is no need to boil the vinegar inside, just let it work its magic on its own)
This is the second such kettle that I have bought that broke down in less than 2 years. I will definitely change the brand

The stainless steel lid rusted and when boiling it has a smell like burnt plastic. Don't buy it!

It is a beautiful device, quite high-quality, but the sieve it has is not convenient because it does not easily go in and out, the water does not flow smoothly, but the main issue is that it has a leakage problem towards the resistance it has in the base. Water passes through and the function is affected. It does not turn on until it dries. Of course, all this is not safe with electricity. Once this problem appears, it will quickly become useless. While I was very happy with the purchase at first, I ended up throwing it away very quickly.
My mother had the same issue, and after 2-3 years, both of them had the same problem: the lid broke. While it still functions properly. However, the lid is disposable as it is impossible to fix (not even at the service!).
It is beautiful! I wouldn't change it, I would buy the same one again. Only one major flaw. I have learned to clean the kettle with vinegar to remove the salts. I leave vinegar inside and after an hour there is nothing left. It's spotless. But whenever I put vinegar for some reason, it goes into the electrical system and the kettle doesn't work again until it dries. The first time I unscrewed it and dried it with a hairdryer, it worked immediately. The second time I did the same but it didn't work again. After 6 days, it suddenly started working. Maybe mine just happened to be a defective product. But I would definitely buy the same one again. It elevates the beauty of the kitchen. As for noise, all of them seem the same to me. I haven't come across a silent kettle anywhere... It's the classic one that they all have.
It's not something amazing. It's a good choice. It boils water quite quickly and captures salts relatively slower compared to the one I had before, of similar quality and price. 4 stars because the front filter doesn't come out (at least I couldn't find a way to remove it without causing damage) and on top of that, where the lid closes, there is a lip that makes it difficult to empty quickly without the water passing through the filter. For example, to remove salts that are floating in the water. Otherwise, it has been trouble-free for the 6 months that I have been using it.
One of the worst purchases I have made, it lasted less than a month and then the glass broke and the water leaked. Very poor quality, do not buy it, you will waste your money.
The worst kettle, from the second day it started to stop before boiling the water and without shutting off, it also made a lot of scale. We took it back for service, but they didn't fix it, so we bought the Bosch TWK7L464, which I consider to be the best kettle, quiet, doesn't make much scale, boils the water well, and has a beautiful design.
It is the second time I buy it as the first one lasted many years and broke! Inconvenient but with repairs whenever I preferred the same one as I had no problem using it
After a few uses, it started to leak the relay! Cheap materials, narrow nozzle that makes cleaning difficult, impossible to completely empty the water from the inside, the filter is not metallic and does not fit well. Unbelievable how much Pyrex has declined.
From an aesthetic point of view, it is amazing. From a functional point of view, there are problems. If you open it after boiling water, it splashes you with hot water. The filter broke after 6 months. The lid rusted within a year. Now I am looking for another one.
Reading other reviews here, referring to negative ones, I can't understand exactly what's going on. Instead of making assumptions, I will focus on my own experiences with this specific product.
I bought this kettle if I remember correctly in 2016.
Things I have NOT noticed.
Rust.
Explosions.
Burnt rubber.
Problem with reboiling boiled water.
I clean it whenever it has limescale with water and white vinegar, boiling the mixture at full capacity and leaving it for a few hours. Repeat 1-2 times and that's it. During the months that I use it daily, this happens whenever it collects limescale. Which depends on the water in the area. In my previous residence, until 2019, it collected limescale in 3 weeks. In the current one, within 10 days or even less. Why the kettle is to blame for the water limescale, only those who wrote it know.
No cloth with water on the outside, but not to give the kettle a bath...
How often I use it. From late September to April, 2-10 times a day. The rest of the months, from 0 to 1 time depending on preferences. There are times in the summer when I don't put water in it for weeks.
I ONLY use it for boiling water, not to put tea leaves inside. I removed the attachment from the first day.
Oh, regarding not allowing you to boil water immediately after it has just finished boiling. It's true if we're talking about 2 seconds later. But if you wait even 5 seconds, then yes, you can put it back into operation for the 1 second it takes to reheat the boiled water. I have done this for reasons I don't remember.
Having all this in mind, the kettle works like new for about 6 years now. I hope I didn't jinx it.
I am completely satisfied with it and definitely recommend it. To the point that if I receive one as a gift or of course for myself, I will look to get the same model.
And yes, in terms of appearance, it looks great and the blue illumination in the water during operation is beautiful.
The lid rusted before even a year with us. It holds salt for fun, but I suppose others do too, we just don't see them. Never again. Disappointment.
It does not allow you to reheat cold/fresh water if enough time has not passed since the previous boiling compared to other kettles that allow it! Obviously, some safety feature prevents the operation.
In 3 years, the heating element burned out and it went in the trash, and I chose another brand once and for all!
Well, I have had the kettle for six years and it hasn't had any issues, it hasn't even rusted! It works perfectly with daily use. I use it many times throughout the day, either for coffee or drinks, or to boil water to add to food when cooking. It holds salt like all kettles within reasonable limits. It boils water quite quickly and if it ever breaks, I will definitely buy the same one again!!!!!!
It's okay... aesthetically very nice, boils water quickly, a bit heavy though and the handle is somewhat hot. What I would like is for the base to be heavier, because sometimes I accidentally move it while taking the kettle off.

3 years later, being careful to immediately turn off the switch as soon as the water boils so as not to damage it, cleaning it frequently from salts because it looks bad, and generally using it carefully, the kettle does not work. I do not recommend it and I would not buy it again. It had previously stopped working a few times, as if something was not making good contact somewhere, but this time I won't risk it since it also emitted some smoke.
Over 3 years in my possession. The only issue that occurred 2-3 times during use by my wife was that it didn't make contact on the base. With a little twist to the left and right, it returned to normal.
Beautiful but bad kettle. It boils slowly and the materials used are not suitable for a kettle. I do not recommend it.

Very good kettle. The only problem is that after about 2 years it broke, couldn't be repaired, so I threw it away and ordered a new one.
I consider it to be one of my best and quality purchases. I have had it for about 4 years and I am very satisfied. I use it several times throughout the day without any issues (at least until now). Yes, I agree with everyone else that it easily catches salt, but I believe that all kettles do anyway! It's just more noticeable due to its material (glass). It cleans very easily with water and vinegar. Personally, I will buy it again because I need a backup.
Beautiful and fast but I have bought 2 and they have broken within a period of 8 months, not with excessive use and without reason.
After 2 months of use, I can say that it is worth its money, it is of good quality and what has impressed me is that it does not easily catch salts

Very good, quality and sturdy construction with fast water heating, sufficient capacity, and convenient handle and control buttons.
The removable "sub-system" for tea or other herbs is very useful.
Nice addition with the blue LED lights on the bottom surface when the kettle is heating the water.
Despite the metal and Pyrex glass construction, the device is not as heavy as it seems.
A possible drawback is the somewhat small opening at the top, which may make it difficult to clean the interior for those with slightly larger hands.
In conclusion, it seems to be a very high-quality product, worthy of its name, which is expected to withstand the test of time.
I gave it as a gift to a colleague and she told me that she was very satisfied because it is convenient for her in preparing beverages. So, it fulfilled its purpose.
After a few months, and without frequent use, the switch doesn't make good contact and the kettle doesn't turn on. It needs a few taps to work.
As for the limescale, it does catch easily, but I think it's because it's more visible with this glass compared to other kettles, and everyone notices it. This doesn't harm your health as far as I know, it just might reduce the efficiency of the kettle - in other words, it may consume more electricity. I don't consider this to be a problem, as you can easily clean the limescale with vinegar and water.
I have had the kettle for about 2.5 years. It has a beautiful design! It catches limescale like any kettle, I suppose, it's just more noticeable due to the glass. With regular cleaning, it's perfect!! The noise during operation is okay. I haven't had any issues so far, with daily use. Also, the extra attachment for tea is very convenient - especially for mountain tea. I am very satisfied and I believe it was worth every penny.
