It definitely needs a little oil or butter otherwise it sticks. Eggs, at 6 minutes, stuck. Not too much, but they stuck. Otherwise, it seems to be of good quality. It cleans very easily and the bottom is all stainless steel and does not scratch the stovetop like a €60 pan that I replaced with this one. I recommend it

So far excellent (two sizes 24 and 30). I reserve judgment on the lifespan because I have had it for only about a month.

I am not a professional, so my requirements are limited to not sticking the food and being easy to clean... which are true

The baking dish is great for all uses, simple, like most baking dishes, it doesn't require you to immediately turn up the heat intensity of the burners

Quite good in its category! I mainly use it for (troublesome) omelettes, crepes, mushroom sautéing, peppers, zucchinis, etc...
It doesn't stick at all (I use minimal drops of oil), use a plastic or wooden spatula, not at a very high temperature (I don't need it because I don't have heavy fried foods in my diet - fried potatoes, fried pork chops, and various related items!).
After it cools completely, it can be washed with a soft sponge, dish soap & warm water.
ALL GOOD!!!!!!

Very good quality compared to other non-stick cookware I have purchased over time, I believe it will withstand much more. It doesn't smell, doesn't produce smoke, doesn't stick, and cleans easily.

Amazing product, if you fry traditionally it takes very little oil, and if you don't add oil it grills the meat like charcoal, I have made amazing meatballs, wonderful utensil, I recommend it

I give it 4 stars because I don't know how long it will last. Purchased on 10/20/18.
Follow the instructions and you will be satisfied.
It takes a while to heat up, but it cooks evenly

Very good pan, durable, doesn't stick, a bit heavy though. The only small drawback for me is that it has a very slight tilt towards the perimeter of the circle instead of the center, so some liquid foods may spread a little more towards the outside. However, I think it is one of the best options available on the market.

After about 30 cookings, simply flawless! It works on induction, which was the main reason I bought it! And of course, a plus is that it is Greek
