    Definitely does what it promises, although it takes at least 3 months to see results. However, due to long-term use, day after day, unfortunately, I developed a skin allergy because beta glucans can cause this problem. It's not something worrisome, just annoying, and unfortunately, it takes a few months for it to disappear.
