Dietary supplement in tablets with the full range of B-complex vitamins.

Instructions for use

1 tablet daily after a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place and protect from light.

Precautions: 

Taking the B vitamin complex may cause yellow discoloration of the urine. This is harmless and indicates the excretion of excess vitamin B2 (riboflavin) from the body. 

This product should not be taken by pregnant or breastfeeding women. 

Long-term intake of Vitamin B6 (>50mg/day) may lead to mild tingling and numbness in the extremities (subsides with discontinuation of the vitamin).

Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. 

This product is not intended for the prevention, treatment, or cure of any human disease. 

Consult your doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have any health problems.

    I saw a review that it contains modified starch. What the gentleman says is true. But it is the only downside it contains. No medicine etc. is one hundred percent "innocent."     A complex of B vitamins with active forms of the vitamins, in large quantities. It is very different from a multivitamin, or (if it exists) something that will give us 100% of B vitamins in one. B-complexes usually have such large quantities.

    B vitamins participate in various enzymes that perform a variety of processes, with active forms of the vitamins (i.e., forms that our body can directly use), in these large quantities, many of these processes (such as homocysteine recycling) that have been underfunctioning so far due to deficiencies are unblocked and can run at better rates. This is what we will perceive as "energy" from such a formulation. So it is not at all the same thing as a multivitamin that will simply give us 100% in inorganic forms.
