Operating Voltage (V): The higher the operating voltage in a battery-powered pruner, the greater the power and cutting capacity it provides. This allows for easier cutting of larger and tougher branches.
Harvest / Vine: With thin sharp blades, suitable for greener tree branches. Used for harvesting grapes as well as other fruits.
Bypass Shears: With a blade that presses against a flat surface (anvil). Suitable for hard, dry, or dead branches, as the pressure exerted during cutting is greater.
Ratchet: With a mechanism that allows for gradual cutting, providing greater power with less effort.
