Clear- Pilates: For large Pilates balls, it is recommended that if the athlete is between 1.55 and 1.70 meters tall, they need a 55cm ball. If they are between 1.70 and 1.80 meters tall, they need a 65cm ball, and if they are over 1.80 meters tall, they need a 75cm ball.
- Antistress: Small ball held in the palm of the hand that, with continuous pressure, can help with tension and anxiety.
- Medicine: Balls with soft padding that usually contain sand, gel, or other synthetic materials inside. They are used as a supplement in full-body exercise routines and are not designed for bouncing.
