- Printing from mobile devices: It accepts prints from a mobile or tablet.
- Ink Tank: Inkjet printers with refillable tanks so that you can fill the printer ink yourself using special ink bottles. They provide the ability to produce large volumes of prints at a lower printing cost.

- USB: Printers are connected to a computer using the standard USB cable.
- Automatic Document Feeder (ADF): Allows copying or scanning multiple pages at once without the need to place each individual page on the photocopier or scanner.
- Double Sided Scanning: The scanning is performed on both sides of the paper without the need to manually flip the sheets on the scanner.
